Model T Framework

What is Model T?

Model T Conveyor is a structured process for proactive creation of product solutions for Promwad clients made with thdts framework. We use a "conveyor" approach to ensure predictable quality and timelines at every stage of client engagement.

Key Principles

  1. Time-boxed execution: Each step has a strict SLA. If a task is not completed on time, it is escalated or the process moves forward.
  2. Non-blocking flow: The process is designed to minimize blockers. If there's no response from the client or colleague, there's a clear action protocol.
  3. Artifact-driven: Each stage concludes with the creation of a specific artifact (document, presentation, solution) that is saved in the repository.

5 Main Stages (Buckets)

  1. Waiting - Lead qualification, meeting confirmation, and project launch.
  2. Insights - Deep analysis of the company, market, and stakeholders. Formation of initial hypotheses.
  3. Product Concepts - Detailed development of selected ideas, technical validation, and creation of product concepts.
  4. Mini-Offer - Packaging concepts into a sales proposal (presentation + narrative).
  5. Client Side - Presenting the solution to the client and gathering feedback.

Overall Timeline

The entire process from qualification to client presentation takes approximately 5 business days (50 hours SLA).

Additional Tools and Frameworks

The Model T process may use additional methodologies to deepen analysis and generate ideas:

  • First Principles Thinking — for deconstructing problems to fundamental foundations and finding breakthrough solutions
  • theDots Breakthrough Product Framework — for systematic generation of product ideas through stakeholder analysis and their problems
